Dr. Sal Taiym attended high school and college in San Antonio, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in December of 1999. He then attended Baylor College of Dentistry and received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery Degree in May of 2004. Dr. Taiym then went on and received 5 months of additional training in Oral Surgery in Newark, New Jersey. In June of 2005 Dr. Taiym started his General Practice Residency at St. Anthony Hospital in Oklahoma City, where he received a certificate of completion in Hospital Dentistry.

Dr. Taiym started his final residency in pediatric dentistry at Baylor College of Dentistry. He has treated many patients with compromised medical conditions and special needs at Children’s Medical Center Dallas, Baylor College of Dentistry and Texas Scottish Rite Hospital.

Dr. Taiym has also completed his board certification in Pediatric Dentistry, and is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist.
