Dr. Mira Jang began her dental career as a general dentist after earning her DDS degree from the NYU College of Dentistry. Over time, she discovered how much she enjoyed working with children and their families, which inspired her to pursue a specialty in pediatric dentistry. She went on to complete her pediatric dental residency and Master of Science in Dental Science at UT Health San Antonio, where she received advanced training in preventive and restorative care, hospital dentistry, oral conscious sedation, interceptive orthodontics, and caring for children with special health care needs.

Originally from South Korea, Dr. Mira grew up in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and is excited to return home to serve the community that shaped her. She understands how important it is for parents to feel confident in their child’s care and is committed to making each visit gentle, comfortable, and reassuring for both children and families.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Mira enjoys traveling with her husband, staying active through running, weightlifting, and Pilates, and exploring local coffee shops. She values lifelong learning and is always looking for opportunities to learn something new. She looks forward to building lasting connections in the community and helping children grow up with healthy, confident smiles.
