Dr. Yoon (Liz) Chung, a native New Yorker graduated from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine with a degree in Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2009. Following dental school, she completed her pediatric dental residency training at New York University College of Dentistry in 2011. Dr. Chung is a board certified pediatric dentist and is a member of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Before moving to Dallas, Dr. Chung had been practicing as an Associate in private offices in New York and New Jersey. She also pursued her passion in teaching at NYU College of Dentistry as a Clinical Assistant Professor for several years teaching the dental students and residents.
Dr. Chung is a pediatric dentist who truly believes in the prevention of dental problems and in educating families about healthy smiles for life. In treating patients, her philosophy is based on respecting children yet caring for them using age-appropriate techniques and loving attention. Understanding the uniqueness of each child and identifying each family’s individual needs is how Dr. Chung delivers gentle dentistry and creates positive dental experiences to her patients. She hopes that her interactions with her patients will help them develop a healthy attitude toward dentistry.
